ACTIVATE!
ACTIVATE! was created in December 2002, as a result of a partnership between the High Street Centre and Ryecroft Methodist Church. It is managed by the High Street Centre. The project operates with four part-time staff, equating to one full-time post and 13 local volunteers, aged between 21 and 65+.

ACTIVATE! offers a wide range of activities for 4-16 year-olds with young people up to 18 years actively involved in the planning and facilitation of the clubs. Activities are determined by the children and young people, providing opportunities to develop their social skills, sense of physical and mental worth, well being and making a contribution to the community.
